How to prepare a wholesale research-product inquiry
A clear inquiry helps the team confirm pack specifications, documents and commercial terms for your proposed order.
1. List products and quantities
Use the product name and SKU from the catalog. State the listed pack specification and the number of boxes or packs required. Keep different specifications on separate lines.
2. Describe the procurement requirements
Include your business name, target market, destination country and intended purchasing timeline. For distribution or OEM discussions, describe labeling, packaging and order-processing requirements.
3. Request applicable documentation
- Identify the product, SKU and specification covered by the request.
- Ask which batch or sample the report describes.
- Check report dates, methods, results and issuing laboratory in the original document.
- Confirm whether the public report applies to the proposed order, or request the appropriate document.
Public COAs describe their tested samples. Availability of a public report for one SKU does not establish coverage for other specifications or future batches.
4. Confirm terms in writing
Wholesale pricing, minimum quantities, availability, lead time, packaging, shipping destinations and delivery terms require confirmation with the team. The catalog itself is not an accepted quotation or order.
5. Review and send your inquiry
Build a list in the catalog. The site opens an email or WhatsApp draft; you must review and send it in the external application. Adding products to the list does not submit an inquiry automatically.
